THE MOM PROJECT

 

40% of highly qualified women leave the workforce after having a baby. Inflexible work schedules, child care costs and lack of fair pay are just a few of the reasons. The Mom Project connects these professionally accomplished women with world-class companies for rewarding employment opportunities.

In partnership with The Mom Project, we launched the #MomUpAmerica campaign on National Equal Pay Day to bring attention to the wage gap and challenge Congress to take action. In December 2018, the work was a top winner at the Reel Impact Film Festival. The festival recognizes motion picture that is used to spread messages, drive change and achieve commercial goals for social impact organizations.
